Combining both 1-on-1 sessions (in-person or virtually) with online/at-home workout material, Making Moves provides programming crafted for a variety of target audiences. Programs feature monthly, 3-month, and 6-month commitment options. Pricing is dependent upon number of weekly sessions and/or integration of nutrition coaching.
