Adult Ballet
Embrace your inner dancer with our Adult Ballet program! Classes run in 8-week interval workshops, immersing clients in balletic material on a consistent basis that promotes safe, effective, and fun application of classical principles. We challenge the balance, lengthen the limbs, harness control, and develop grace... all while moving the body through pace in a way that is oh so freeing.
We will learn and refine the basics fundamentals of classical ballet. For those with previous dance experience, we will revisit these concepts and advance at a quicker rate... but always will personalized feedback!
All workshops have a maximum capacity of 12 participants, retaining a relatively intimate group setting that supports regular progress.
FOUR levels:
Ballet 1: Absolute Beginner (no experience)
Ballet 2: Elementary (previous experience)
Ballet 3: Intermediate (previous experience)
Ballet 4: Int/Adv (previous experience)
