When I started working with Julia, I was hesitant at first, but with a little hand holding and a whole lot of encouragement, I started to love feeling stronger, and my technique improved tremendously! She knows exactly what she’s doing and will tailor workouts to what I feel I need more— sometimes we work on ballet specific exercises and sometimes we work on cardio more. She’s an extremely hard working person with such ambition. I would give her 10 stars if I could.
