Personal Training

Semi-Private Strength Training:
Duets, Trios & Quartets

Not a private session but not quite a class, small group training brings together 3-4 people of similar fitness levels to cultivate a supportive exercise environment, with personalized feedback geared toward each client. A great opportunity to workout with friends, with more personal attention & critique than a group fitness class but less pressure than a 1-on-1 session!

Semi-Private Sessions:

Duets & Trios

Mat with Additional Apparatus

These 2 or 3-person sessions feature the same 1-on-1 session structure with divided attention amongst 2-3 movers. Bringing together friends, co-workers, and/or family members with a similar understanding of exercise, duo/trio sessions provide a sociable, fun component to fitness while still maintaining the highly personalized critique (not to mention encouragement) of the trainer.

Ballet & Dance

Adult Ballet

A studio feature since winter 2025, Adult Ballet is all about embracing your inner dancer, no matter your age! Featuring four levels for people of different backgrounds (i.e. no ballet experience vs. those who received some or extensive training in their formative years), we will work the basics and build foundational technique each week.

Diving deeply into movement mechanics and kinesthetics, dancers will come away with much more than a mere knowledge of some steps - think of this like a ballet bootcamp, moving through an unwritten curriculum!
